User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You agree not to share your account credentials with others.
  • All content generated must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • You are solely responsible for how you use generated captions and insights.
  • You must not use the service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of content you input into iReelz.
  • Generated captions are licensed to you for your personal or commercial use.
  • iReelz retains all rights to its platform, technology, branding, and AI models.
  • You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our services.
  • User feedback may be used to improve our services without compensation.

Prohibited Uses

  • Creating misleading, defamatory, or harmful content.
  • Violating any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempting to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
  • Using automated systems to excessively access or abuse the service.
  • Impersonating others or providing false information.

Limitation of Liability

  • iReelz is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
  • We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or quality of generated content or insights.
  • You use the service at your own risk and discretion.

Use of YouTube API Services

iReelz uses YouTube API Services to retrieve publicly available video data, channel data, and engagement metrics for content analysis and insights.

By using any feature of iReelz that interacts with YouTube data, you agree to be bound by theYouTube Terms of Service.

Your use of YouTube API Services through iReelz is also subject to theGoogle Privacy Policy.

You may revoke iReelz's access to your YouTube data at any time via your Google Account settings:https://myaccount.google.com/connections.

iReelz does not store, sell, or share YouTube data with advertisers or unrelated third parties. You may request deletion of any stored YouTube-related data by contactingsupport@ireelz.com.

You agree not to use iReelz to violate YouTube’s API Services Policies, including restrictions against scraping, exporting raw metrics, or generating independent metrics that replace official YouTube data.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to iReelz at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the service immediately ceases
  • You may lose access to your account and generated content
  • No refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which iReelz operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
